Bad Bunny has recently received praise from Cardi B, who is all set to headline the Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday.

The American rapper revealed that she’s “proud” of Puerto Rican singer for speaking out against immigration policies in the United States.

“I’m proud of everything that he’s been standing up for against ICE and everything,” said Cardi B while speaking to The Associated Press at Michael Rubin’s star-studded Fanatics Super Bowl Party on February 7.

The Grammy winner expressed admiration about Bad Bunny, who appeared with J Balvin on rapper’s I Like It song.

Interestingly, Cardi B was impressed by Bad Bunny’s stance against ICE during his acceptance speech at 2026 Grammys after winning album of the year on February 1.

“It just feels like everything is aligned right now,” stated the rapper, who is of Afro-Caribbean descent.

The Up crooner further said, “It just shows how Hispanics, Latinos. ... We standing. They standing. We all standing.”

When asked how she feels to share stage with Bad Bunny at the Super Bowl, she replied, “That’d be exciting.”

Meanwhile, Cardi B is gearing up for her highly anticipated tour, which will begin from February 11 in Palm Desert, California.

Sharing her excitement for returning to the stage, the rapper added, “I feel really confident. Knowing the fans are going to be there and know the music. It’s exciting.”
