Jey Uso sparked controversy after getting into a physical altercation with rapper Cam’ron during a live episode of It Is What It Is.

The incident unfolded as WWE stars continue media appearances to promote WrestleMania.

During the interview Cam’ron appeared unimpressed with Uso’s appearance reportedly referring to him as just a “Saturday” wrestler a remark about his scheduled match date.

The comment did not sit well with Uso. After a brief exchange he grabbed the rapper by his sweater pulling him across the table and onto the floor before throwing a strike.

Producers and co-hosts quickly intervened to break up the scuffle.

Cam’ron later shared footage of the moment on social media and claimed he would attend WrestleMania in Las Vegas.

The clip of their heated moment quickly went viral on social media with fans having multiple theories. 

One fan commented: I was laughing as soon as the show started because I knew this was coming.

Another wrote: " I'm surprised cam let him get that close … I can’t believe it.

A few netizens also expressed their intuition by calling the incident 'fake' and a marketing strategy. One wrote: That was some really good acting.!!

Uso is set to team up with his twin brother Jimmy Uso and LA Knight in a high-profile match against Logan Paul, Austin Theory and iShowSpeed.
