Lewis Hamilton was romantically linked to the Kardashian family years before reports emerged that he is now dating Kim Kardashian.

The Formula 1 champion previously sparked romance rumours with Kim’s younger sister Kendall Jenner in 2015.

Speculations started after the model was seen wearing Hamilton’s gold chain during the Monaco Grand Prix in Monte Carlo.

At the time Hamilton was quick to shut down speculation about a relationship.

Speaking to E! News he said: “Me and Kendall have been friends for a while, so we’re just friends.”

He also praised the model adding: “She’s doing incredible. She’s very focused, very level-headed, and she’s just...for such a young woman, she’s very grown up.”

The renewed interest in Hamilton’s past links to the Kardashians comes as reports claim he has begun dating Kim Kardashian.

According to recent reports the pair spent a “very romantic” weekend together at the luxury Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire’s Cotswolds.

Kim is said to have flown in from Los Angeles on her £100 million private jet landing at Oxford Airport on Saturday afternoon.

She reportedly arrived with eight bags including a Birkin handbag estimated to be worth around £76,000 and was accompanied by multiple bodyguards.

Hamilton allegedly arrived separately via helicopter from London’s Battersea Heliport, a journey reported to have cost around £5,000, and was also accompanied by close protection.

A source told The Sun: “Kim is a billionaire and Lewis has a multi-million pound fortune so this date was like a drop in the ocean for them.”

The insider added that the cost of the private jet, helicopter, luxury transport and accommodation could have pushed the total spend to more than £120,000.

The source continued: “Estelle Manor is frequented by the rich and famous. To close off facilities to other guests would have come at a big cost. Kim and Lewis also ate in a private room, they would have only been served the best food with exceptional service.”

Neither Kim Kardashian nor Lewis Hamilton has publicly commented on the dating reports.
