Taylor Swift is once again at the centre of fan speculation as fresh reports about her next album widely reportedly known as “TS13” spark renewed excitement following the recent countdown mystery on her website.

The pop star is reportedly back in the studio after releasing her 12th album The Life of a Showgirl with early claims suggesting a 2027 release for her next project.

According to circulating reports Swift is expected to reunite with longtime collaborators Aaron Dessner and Jack Antonoff.

Unverified social media posts have also hinted at a potential sonic shift with one claiming the album could lean into a “Laurel Canyon” sound blending 1970s soft rock, alternative rock, and folk-country influences drawing comparisons to Fleetwood Mac.

The speculation comes shortly after fans noticed and quickly dissected a now-deleted countdown on Swift’s website which many believed hinted at an upcoming announcement.

Though nothing has been confirmed the timing has only intensified theories about TS13.

Swift’s fanbase reacted swiftly online with users expressing excitement over the rumoured direction.

“As long as it’s her and Aaron Dessner, I would be up for that!!” one fan wrote, while others called for a “Fleetwood Mac sound.”

Adding to the speculation Travis Kelce previously hinted in an interview that Swift had been experimenting with a new sound in the studio though he did not provide details.
