The Jonas Brothers are officially returning for a nostalgic run in Camp Rock 3, which is set to arrive in August on Disney+ and Disney Channel.

Back in September last year, Disney Branded Television officially picked up the third sequel of the franchise, revealing it was in the works.

Both the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato are stepping back into the Camp Rock universe, with the trio starring and executive producing, and the Heart Attack singer also being a part of the new installment but behind the scenes, joining as executive producer.

The plot begins as Connect 3 loses their opening act ahead of a major reunion tour, sending them back to Camp Rock to find the next breakout star. With campers battling for the chance to open for the trio, rivalries flare, friendships strain, and surprising alliances, secrets, and romances emerge.

The upcoming film brings back Joe Jonas as Shane Gray, Nick Jonas as Nate Gray, and Kevin Jonas as Jason Gray, with Maria Canals-Barrera also returning as Connie Torres, Mitchie Torres’ mother, a role she originally played opposite Demi Lovato.

Newcomers include Sage (Liamani Segura) and her brother Desi (Hudson Stone), Fletch (Malachi Barton), Rosie (Lumi Pollack), drummer with his own beat Cliff (Casey Trotter), Callie (Brooklynn Pitts) and influencer Madison (Ava Jean).

Fans reacted to this update by taking to social media with their excitement, with one saying, "So ready for this."
